Thursday, March 30, 1865. Called at Tillies and engaged her to come up and stay all night. E- called, and I trust that affair is forever settled. Charlie P- & [Bonee] G also called in the P.M. Eveing Mr L- spent the evening and it passed most pleasantly. When he was gone, Ma & Jennie & Tillie and I had a most amusing and pleasant evening. But I must soon leave it all.
