Tuesday, June 27, 1865. Mattie off early to Phil'. Long talk with W-. Mr L and Miss C arrived from Wilmington. Call from dear Lizzie B--. P.M. W. came to say good-by & told me my duty. With Miss Henning. Mr L- & S visited Mt Pleasant, Enjoyed Lizzies singing very much. Eve' call from Mrs Smith & Miss Buckingham Wrote a letter of confession to Father and feel better. Busy and happy.
