Saving...
Friday, September 22, 1865. It seems foolish to record dreams, but another came last night that cheered me. A waif "Lucy" by name was cast on my protection & I took her gladly. Train off half an hour before time again With Lizzie went shopping, purchased a dress & had it cut. Found L.M.V at the train & had a very pleasant ride home with him. The storm scoured part and everything, pleasant. Evening spent in sewing & cheerful convers with the family.
