August 30 Julia Booker Thompson 190 Albert St 30 - Torrington Coun. Montreal, Canada Arrived here at 7.30 this morning. After break fast, took a car out to Mt. Royal. Went up the mountain in a little bit of a car. Steepest place I ever saw. Made me hold their breath coming down. It began to rain and rained quite hard until afternoon. Mama and I went out and did a little shopping. At 10.30 P.M. we took a sleeper for St. Paul.
