Mrs. F. F. [Fuessenich?] Steamed Suet Pudding 1 cup molasses 1 cup milk 1 cup suet - chopped fine - 1 cup rasins 1 cup currants 2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon soda salt + spice to taste. Steam 2 hrs and a quarter If prefered use melted butter instead of suet.
