Chocolate Caramels 1 cup molasses 2 " of sugar boil ten minutes add one large tablespoonful of flour butter size of an egg small 1/2 lb chocolate Boil 20 minutes. Cranberry Jelly Wash 1 qt cranberries, put in a saucepan with a pint of luke warm water and a cup and a half of sugar bring to a boil for five minutes, press through a colander, reboil a few minutes & cool.
