Creamed Dried Beef Cream Cod fish 1 pt milk small & scald up slowly & thicken 1 large dessert spoon teaspoon flour - Let this come slowly to a cream & back of stove Codfish 1/2 box picked up & cover with cold water & let stand in back of stove & come to boil only 3/4 of hr strain & add the fish to cream sauce Soak 1/2 or less dried Beef Pick up & put in luke warm water & let 5 minutes. Squeeze out & dry with hand & grind & add to cream sauce (grind up)
