Jennie Capel's Macaroni Boil macaroni in salted water until tender Take 1/2 teaspoonful pepper, salt & mustard Add 1 teaspoon flour Mix all together Melt 1 tablespoon butter & add 1/2 cup cream or milk Place on stove stir constantly until it boils Have ready 3/4 cup grated cheese-add- let it boil for a moment and pour over macaroni.
