Beef Loaf 1 1/2 ground steak, 1/4 salt pork, 1 small onion & a little celery ground fine. Butter size of egg. salt pepper sage to suit taste. 1 egg, 4 or 5 crackers crumbled up fine, mix all well together and form into loaf. Put a few pieces of bacon on top, bake 2 hrs, or until well done.
