Jen's [Bouillon?] Pudding (English) good 1 qt Sweet Milk 1/2 box gelatine - 4 eggs 8 tablespoons powdered sugar & 6 granulated 2 teaspoons vanilla Beat yolks well with sugar Put gelatine & Milk on fire & stir well until gel. dissolves & Milk comes to boil Add egg & sugar & let thicken some Remove from fire & add beaten whites & vanilla & put in mold -
