Mince Pie with Apple Meringue Make mince pie and when ready to serve cover with a thick apple meringue Sprinkle with chopped nuts & place in cool oven until light brown Peel & grate one large tart apple, sprinkle over it 1/2 cup powdered sugar as it is grated to keep from turning dark-Break into this 2 egg whites and beat for 20 minutes.
