Potato Soup or Chowder Take two onions slice thin, boil 10 to 15 minutes. Then slice in 3 potatoes, let all boil untill potatoes are done. then pour off the water. Do not throw this water away. Mash potatoes & onions, then put back the water with butter, pepper and salt and fill up with milk. Serve hot with crackers. "A la Gladys"
