Health Ice Cream 40% cream 3 oz small amt water 1/4 oz Gelatine teaspoonfull flavoring. Soften gelatine in cold water then add to cream which has been heated stir untill disolved pour on the beaten egg - cook like soft custard turn into mould & chill.
