Coffee Ice Cream Coffee 1 cup 20% 40% cream 45 - 60 cc=4 oz India gum 1 teaspoonfull Dissolve india gum in a little water add coffee beat & boil untill untill smooth consistency add cream -- put mixture in small sauce pan place larger pan of salt & ice stir from time to time untill mixture freezes & is smooth. Cocoa shells may be used instead of coffee.
