Tuesday March 28th 1916 It was a beautiful day I was busy at home all forenoon and afternoon Went to see Gertrude Mitchell Did not get home till supper time Art Grace Will & I went to picture shows in evening. A card from Hattie. Wednesday March 29th 1916 It was a very warm day I was around home all day. I slept in afternoon. Art & Grace here in evening Bro Lee would have been 54 years old today. Thursday March 30th 1916 Weather cooler. I went down town in forenoon to take a treatment with Dr Knight. Was at home in afternoon slept awhile. I had a card from Cora & pictures from Rob and Jane a letter from Vene. Lydia no better. Jane and I spent evening alone. It rained some. The rest of the folks were all down town. Wrote Fannie & Vene in PM Friday March 31st 1916 I was busy with Fancy work and did some writing was down in afternoon to the roper both with Mrs Knight. It rained in evening. Saturday April 1st 1916 It was an unpleasant day. Quite cold after rain I was in all day did fancy work and read some. Sunday April 2nd 1916 I went to Church alone. Will was out with Art Mc. I read in afternoon. Will Jane and I spent the evening alone. Art & Ella down town.
