Wednesday April 13 1910 I worked in the garret all forenoon and in the afternoon churned, cleaned up the kitchen and looked after the hens. I now have 19 setting Frankie Pointoin was here a little while in the evening Will helped Jones in the morning and in the afternoon Jones helped him haul manure with the spreader A letter from Lydia Thursday April 14 1910 I was most of the forenoon at work in the cellar and out of doors. I went to town at 1.12 to the butter & eggs to Otts and staid with Mother till nearly 4 came to town to do errands and did the evening wash. Will sold the little sorrel more "Skip" for $135.00 Friday April 13 1910 I was busy with the work most of the day. I had my little chickens to look after and did some sewing. Will busy about the place.
