Sunday April 30 1911   Did the work in forenoon and wrote to Lizzie Lindley and Lydia in the afternoon.  We had a hard rain at night.   Monday May 1st 1911   It rained slightly most of the day.  I worked all day cleaning the garret.  Will has a bad cold.   Tuesday May 2 1911   We took up the carpet in my bed room in the morning and I put in all the afternoon in town trying to select paper and get paint.  To bed early.  Will better.   Wednesday May 3 1911   I did some work up stairs.  They telephoned they would have to send for my paper.  I got dinner so I went in at 12.15.  I found other paper and went over home for a visit.  I got home at 4.40.  Did evening work.    Thursday May 4 1911    Will and I worked all day wetting the paper and scraping the wall of my room.  We got it done and Will put another coat of pain on the [furniture?] and I washed the windows & wood-work
