Friday July 28 1911 I swept and cleaned my house all over. There was a hard rain in the afternoon so I did not get my sleep. I went down at 7.15 Mother a little stronger. I slept with her tonight Saturday July 29 1911 I did a big forenoon work though I was very tired. Will to town in afternoon and I slept three hours. Went down at 7.15. Mother very weak. Aunt Emma still there. Sunday July 30 1911 This would have been Ediths 30 birth-day. I came home in the first car. did evening work and rested awhile and went back down home to stay all night. Monday July 31 1911 Came home at 6.30. Went up town for [illegible]. I was busy all forenoon slept in afternoon and went down after supper to stay all night. Hattie & I take a half night apiece now Tuesday August 1st 1911 Mother about the same. I came home at 6.30 and did a good sized washing. I rested in afternoon and got mail ready and came down after supper to help care for Mother. Aunt Emma is with her so [much?]
