Tuesday July 26th 1904 I had Rueben help me wash this morning and I did the regular work. I feel some better but laid down in afternoon. O sewed a little and did regular evening work. fine weather. Wednesday July 27th 1904 I had churning and ironing and got dinner. Will and I went to town in afternoon to see street fair. I was very tired, did the work and went to bed early. The men finished the hay today 29 loads in hay barn 9 in other barn 6 in Mrs Kosers barn and sole i to Wilson total 45. Thursday July 28th 1904 I did my morning work and got a nice dinner. Mother and Hattie were out to the West farm and came this way. They stayed all afternoon. Will went to town. Friday July 29th 1904 I was busy most of the forenoon but sewed a little Will went to town afternoon and I went down to Marys to spend afternoon. He got medicine for me from Dr Dean. Saturday July 30th 1904 Edith would have been 23 years old today. I was busy all forenoon with the work. I rested and sewed in afternoon. Will went down town but did not stay long as it looked like rain.
