Sunday July 31st 1904 Will went up to the pasture in the morning. I wrote a letter to Lizzie Lindley. I read in the afternoon. We looked for callers who did not come. weather warm. Monday August 1st 1904 Will churned for me and I did the regular work. He took me down to Fannies after dinner and he went on to town. After I did evening work went over to Mrs Kosers. Tuesday August 2nd 1904 I was busy with the work most of the forenoon. Will is working about the place. I went down home to a little party in afternoon. Will had a hard time working with a sick horse, "Herbert" that he bought of Mr Pratt. Wednesday August 3rd 1904 I got my work down and sewed some. I was so worried about the horse. Mr Vaughn killed his before noon. I went down to Marys and Will went on to town. Thursday August 4th 1904 Will churned for me. I did not or have not felt well all this week. I went down to Paintains in the afternoon to see Minnie Lathrop. did not find her so went back in the evening. Will doing regular work.
