Saving...
Friday December 30th 1904 weather quite pleasant. I was busy all forenoon with the work. Walter here again today. Will went to town in the sleigh and I went as far as Woolfs to visit. I made tatting till late bed-time. Fannie tells me they are going to close the house and go to Marengo with Ott for court. Saturday December 31st 1904 The last day of the week and the year. No great changes have taken place and we have all been reasonably prosperous. It was a fine day. The sleighing is all melting away. I was very busy all forenoon with churning and baking. Will went to the pasture. After dinner he went to town and I as far as home. Alma Parvin is there for a visit. Mollie brought her things up to stay there while Otts are away. I got an apron from Ida Cutler that had been sent for Christmas. I began tatting for Fannie pillow cases. We came home in time to do evening chores. I wrote and read in evening.
