29th warm I concluded to wash a couple of quilts that were dirty. I had only just got them on the line when Jim and Arth Folsom drove up with two loads of hay. All three of us girls went out to help unload it. And we had just about the wildest time we had had this winter. I staid out there till nearly supper time. I changed my dress and brought the clothes in before supper. I sewed all the evening. Thursday March 12th 1874. I ironed till noon got done my share of the ironing. Mother went to town after dinner I did up all the work prepared every thing for supper, got the house all cleaned up and my dress changed before five oclock I had supper nearly ready when Mother came home. I sewed all the evening. Friday March 13th 1874. I did not feel well at all today. I got time to sew a little in the morning. But not in the afternoon. In the evening Owen
