Saving...
63rd things out of the buggy unhitched the horse and came in the house and got my sewing Mother was not home to dinner. When I got dinner over I was nearly give out. I do wish I had a little strength it is so discouraging to get tired at the least little exertion. just before supper Hattie and I took a little drive out to Fletchers on an errand. In the evening Owen and I went to the show and Lee went with us. It was a lovely evening. The moon shone so brightly. Tuesday May 26th 1874. Hattie and Winnie went to the valley this morning. and Mother and I washed. In the afternoon when I had finished my work I changed my dress and sat down to read a little. After supper Owen and I took a ride over to town. After we had got through with our errands in town took a drive over east of town about a mile. Worked a little after I got home and read and talked with Owen in the evening. A warm day but lovely night.
