Tuesday June 6th 1905 I put up strawberries in the forenoon and picked a bucketful in afternoon. I got my butter ready to go to town in the morning. It was bed-time when my work was done. Wednesday June 7th 1905 I went to town early this morning took the folks some berries. I got home to get dinner and picked nine qts of nice berries in the afternoon. weather much cooler. Thursday June 8th 1905 Will took the berries down. 3 boxes at home, 3 to Fannie & 3 to John at the store. I was busy all forenoon and in afternoon picked 12 boxes for Fannie & Willie picked a lot for me that I put up before bed-time. Friday June 9th 1905 It was rainy and Will took Fannie berries down on car. I did baking and washing before noon. I got the clothes dry and sweeping and cleaning done. a terrible rain tonight. I had a letter from Lydia today. I was very tired tonight. Saturday June 10th 1905 It rained most of the day. I ironed in forenoon. The boys could not do work. I rested and read some in afternoon. I was too near tired out to try to do any thing. Went to bed early. Will did not even got to town on car to get meat for Monday. very warm.
