Saving...
Saturday October 14th 1905 It was raining most of the forenoon. I swept the entire house and got up dinner in a hurry. Will went to town on the 12:30. I spent all the afternoon dusting and cleaning. Took my bath before supper. We both read all the evening. Sunday October 15th 1905 I did not hurry much with the morning work. Weather quite cool. I had a nice dinner ready at one oclock. Uncle Jim and Nellie were out for dinner and to spend the afternoon. Did evening work and some visiting. Monday October 16th 1905 I did quite a big washing alone. It was nearly noon when I was done. I had churning after dinner and got the clothes in though it began to rain just before night. The boys busy about the place. Tuesday October 17th 1905 I ironed in the forenoon and did some baking after dinner. I tried to do the mending but it was too cloudy to see how to sew. There was a very hard rain just at supper time. Wednesday October 18th 1905 I was busy all morning with regular work. I went to town with Will in afternoon. Was at the M. E. Church and called at Flora Platers. Did evening work as usual. weather better.
