Saturday December 22nd 1906 We were late getting up and Laura came before we were through breakfast. We spent the morning visiting. After dinner I went over to Joe's where I talked with she and Emma till five oclock when I went down to Lizzie Duncans. Had a delightful evening there and staid all night. wrote to Hattie. weather cold. Sunday December 23rd 1906 We all went to church this morning. I went home with Laura from there. Vene had the best dinner with the chicken I took her. Martie was down in afternoon. Vene and I went to call at Newt Alexanders and Tayette Hess. It was dark when we got home. The girls went to church and we visited all evening. Monday December 24th 1906 It was very cold this morning. I did not go away till about three oclock. went over to Joes for supper. Mort Allen came at 5.30. We had a nice supper and then all went up to the church exercises. They were by the children and very entertaining. I went home with The Mason girls. Harry came home tonight. We had a jolly evening after going home from the church.
