Wednesday October 15th 1902 I put in a day of suffering after a sleepless night. Will took me to town twice to see the Dr today. he says some thing has scratched my throat. Thursday October 16th 1902 I was not able to go to town. Will went t see the Dr and brought Mother out. The Dr came at noon and wanted me to go down home for a few days. I got Mrs Clark to keep house and after school Mollie took Mother and I home. Aunt Sarah went away tonight. The Dr Came again. Friday October 17th 1902 I put in a day of suffering. I did not sit up but little. The Dr Came three time to see me and Will was down twice. It set in to rain late in the afternoon. Fannie is in Chicago and Ott & Legrand here at home. Saturday October 18th 1902 The weather was bright and warm. I got up
