Saving...
Wednesday December 24th 1902 An intensely cold day. I sewed on my dress. We had no extra work on hand. Ida went to town in the afternoon as cold as it was and down home in the evening. Edith Fachler married tonight. Thursday December 25th 1902 Still cold. Ida went home for the day and Will and I down to Otts for dinner. They had a tree with presents for all and a nice dinner. There was only the family there. We came home early. Spent the evening talking. Friday December 26th 1902 weather a little more moderate. I sewed on my dress a great part of the day. The men husked more corn in the afternoon Saturday December 27th 1902 I got the dinner started and we went to town stopped at home a few moments. I sewed all afternoon. Ida in town. The men husked all day and finished the corn about five oclock.
