before they are put in the Oven and the pan well Buttered Jumbles 1/2 lb of flour, 1/2 lb of Butter 1/2 lb of Sugar Rubbed fine then add a wine glass half full of Rose Water, 8 drops of Essence of Lemon, a little nutmeg and Cinnamon one Egg Beaten well; then Mix them well together.
