A Diet drink for a fistula 30 R. Sarsaparilla.Sassafras ye wood and bark of Oat roots an. ℥iiii cut Small Agrimony Coltsfoot Scabious an. 4 handfuls marsh mallow roots half a handfull Betony Ladies mantel [Sinacle] columbine roots an. one handfull Shread ye hearbs and roots Small and boil them in three gallons of Spring water then Strain them through a cullender and put thereto one gallon of clear water and boil it to a gallon and a half then Strain it till all ye moisture be out put thereto 2 quarts of white wine a pint and half of honey and boil it softly scum it very clean take it of ye fire put six drams of rhubarb Sliced Small
