181ST Sunday June 29th 1873 It was a cool pleasant morning so Lou and I attended church. Mother had dinner ready when We came home. And as soon as We had eaten We started up to Auntys. Spent the afternoon very pleasantly. Stayed till after supper and did not get home till after dark I wrote to Mr Huebner in the evening. Monday June 3th 1873. I washed and ironed both today. and in the evening had company The Home Circle Troupe met here. and there was a couple of gentlemen called to see Lou and I. We danced some and had a pleasant time generally. Tuesday July 1st 1873 It rained this forenoon and in the afternoon I went over to town a little while I met Uncle Jim McCollister over there and he brought me home. Supper was ready and as soon as We had eaten supper He took us over to the depot. When we arrived in Wilton Mr Van Camp was looking for us. He brought us over to Lou's home in a buggy.
