211th Tuesday November 11th 1873. I sewed today and did the house-work For Mother went over to Smiths visiting. In the evening I ironed some. Wednesday November 12th 1873. I had a note from Mr Huebner this morning he came to Iowa City last night Grand-ma and Grand-pa were on the train also. They stopped at the Pinney house and Uncle Jim brought them over here to dinner. Mr Huebner spent part of the afternoon and the evening here. Thursday November 13th 1873. I was busy about the house all the forenoon In the afternoon Mr Huebner and I took a walk down to Robinsons. I sewed all the evening. Friday November 14th 1873 I sewed in the forenoon and went to town as soon as I had my dinner. I sewed most of the time after I came back. In the evening I practiced. Saturday November 15th 1873 I sewed most of the day. Mother went to town in the morning and did the baking in the afternoon. Emma Middleton was here for dinner. a pleasant day.
