149 Memphis Tennessee May 28th 1864 Saturday The Colonel has changed His mind with Regard to my going to the Company I am to stay Here untill farther orders doing duty with Co K on Picket. I got a pass to Memphis today & Brought the Box up to Camp that I brought from Home with me. no letters from Home yet since I left. Exchanged Photographs with A. J. Rodgers Co B
