137 Eastport Miss Jan 31st 1865 Tuesday Made & sent in the usual monthly Reports to adjt of Regt. & the Adjt Gen of State of Iowa, the later is the Report alterations & the Report of Recruits joined for service in Jan 1865, wrote a letter to Miss Angy Kerr. Very Pleasant & warm for some days. We are again out of Ration as that long expected fleet has not yet Come up the river.
