256 Blakely Alabama April 11" 1865 Tuesday The Veteran Troops taken at Blakely are Corcorans Brigade which was taken entire they are Missouri Troops & are the same who made the desperate Charge at Franklin Tenn Nov 30" 1864. The Total number of Cannon Captured at Spanish Fort & Blakely is 80 pieces including Mortars. One Major General & Two Brigadier Generals were taken at Blakely. Major General French & Brigadiers Thomas & Fletcher
