Cotton Stealing is getting Notoriouly prevalent amongst Citizen and Soldiers every day Many arrests are Made. and it Still rages like an Epidemic. The Theatre is Commenced again Maggie Marshall being the sole Woman performer and She Excells onely at Singing & Dancing. I am an involuntary attendant as they perform in the Guard Room, City Hall,
