65 Center Ala Nov 12" 1865 Sunday Went to Sunday School this morning after inspection for the number of young people in the village there is a very poor attendance, When I Came back there was two Ladies Came in for the purpose of taking the Oath & excused themselves for Coming on Sunday from the fact that they Could not Come the day before & Could not wait untill Monday., one had a Husband Sick with Consumption & She Came because of Her Husbands inability to do so. Wm Jordan Started Home on 30 days Furlough
