67 Center Ala Nov 14" 1865 Tuesday Rained nearly all day. A Currier Came through from Jacksonville bringing quite a mail for the Company. I Received one letter from Mrs Jennie Henderson in which I learned that there had been quite a Snow Storm in Northern Iowa on the 25 - 26 & 27 of Oct. Recd a letter from D. B. Henderson who enters on His Duties of Revenue Collector for 3d District of Iowa, Nov 1" 1865. Hd Qrs at West Union. I wrote a letter to Mrs Henderson to night inclosing $500 wrote a letter to D. B. Henderson (Vertically, at right:-) on the Political Conditions of Ala
