36 Oct 20th Dubuque Co. Iowa 1861 Sunday evening all were called out to dress parade at 4 o'clock it is quite an imposing spectacle the line exte -nds for 50 rods two file deep and in front of line the spectators are colected about 400 in num -ber & half them w -ere ladies. The colonel drills on the m -anual of arms and then dismisses us.
