Night. Put it in a Crock or Pan and let it bake an Hour and when it is Cold make some Pasty Paste shred some beef suet and lay over the bottom of your Dish then lay in your Mutton and pour in some Gravie and Cover it with a thick sheet of Paste and let it bake two Hours. A Lobster Pye Boil two Lobsters and take the Meat out of the tail and Claws. Cut it in slices and season it With salt, Pepper, mace, and Nutmeg then take the meat out of the Belly's and mix some Oysters & Parsley Cut small and a handfull of grated bread
