(11) mix these all well together with the Yolks of Eggs make then into Balls and fry them brown in Butter and set them to Cool then lay a Sheet of Paste over the bottom of your Dish and lay in a lay of lobsters and a lay of Oysters till your Dish be full and lay your forc'd Meat Balls at the Top and let it bake an hour A Neat's Tongue Pye Lard your Tongue very thick and season it with Spices and lay a good deal of Lard in the Bottom of your Dish then lay in your Tongue and put a good Dail of Butter over it and Cover it with Pasty Paste and let it Bake an hour and a half
