(19) Then With the back of a Spoon bruise your bread & Milk together then beat up seven eggs With a quarter of a pound of Sugar and a grated nutmeg and put them to your Milk with a quarter of a pound of Clean pickd Currants then take your Marrow and Role it in the yolks of Eggs and then in flour and lay it in the Bottom of your dish and pour Your pudding over it and let it Bake half an hour. A Suet Pudding Take a pint of Cream four Eggs well beaten grate a little Nutmeg into them, take a pound of Kidney Suet. String it and shred it Very Small. mix your Cream and Eggs together
