Your Sagoe, Eggs, Sugar and sweet Meats together With half a pound of drawn butter Cover your Dish With Puff Paste and put in your Pudding and it Bake near an hour An Almond Pudding Work half a pound of fresh butter to a Cream With half a pound of Sugar then beat up the Yolks of Nine Eggs and Whites of three and put them to your Sugar and butter with a little Sack and grated Nutmeg, then take half a pound of Sweet Almonds and Beat them very fine in a morter and put them to your sugar &c With Some Citron and Candy'd Orange Slic'd thin
