(82) Rasberry Cream Boil a pint of Cream, and cool it and put into it two Ounces of Rasberry Jamm, and Strain it through a Sieve into Glasses, & you may if you please put Whipps over it. Sagoe Cream Boil two Spoonfulls of Sagoe in a pint of fair Water till it be very tender, and the Water Wasted then put to it a pint of Sweet Cream, a Stick of Cinnamon, and a little Orange flower-water, and Sweeten it to your Likeing.
