To Make Cowslip Wine Take three Gallons of Clear Spring Water, and put to it six pound of Sugar, boil these together half an hour over a Clear fire, and as the Skim rises, take it off and when the half Hour is Expired pour it into a Clean Vessel, and when it is as cold as new milk put to it two or -
