(94) Jugg and Stop it Close, and let it Stand four or five days, and in that time it will work, & When there is a good foam upon it, and the Liquor is Clear (Which perhaps may be a Week sometimes) bottle it off and cork it Well, and let it lye in Sand. To Make Raisen Wine Take thirteen pound of Malaga Raisens of the Sun pick'd from the Stalks & shred small then put to them Six Gallons of cold water, let them Stand cover'd fourteen Days Stirring it well Every day, then strain it through a Hair Sieve and Squeese the Raisens With your hands, let it stand all night.
