(100) Naple Biscakes Beat up Eight Eggs, with a pound of fine Sugar and a little Rose-water till they are very white and thick, then Work three quarters of a pound of fine flour into it, and drop them on paper or bake them in Pans and drudge some fine Sugar over them. Macaroons Blanch and beat very small a pound of sweet Almonds, and put to them the Whites of five Eggs, and a little Orange flower Water, when they are well beaten, put to them a pound of fine Sifted Sugar, and half a Spoonfull of fine flour, beat them all very well, and
