Thursday November 20th 1884. We started to Roseville at seven oclock, arrived at ten. Charlie met us at the train. Ida was sick but they were married at noon. The wedding was a pleasant affair. We started home at four oclock and got here at ten by way of Davenport. Friday November 21st 1884. I worked about the house most of the forenoon and wrote a letter to Will. I was in town all the afternoon, played on the piano in the evening. Saturday November 22nd 1884. It rained all day long. Charlie and Ida got home on the ten oclock train tonight. Ida is very much better. Sunday November 23rd 1884. It was a cold snowy day, the folks came over in the hack to spend the day. They went home before night. Our family sat in the parlor visiting all the evening. Monday November 24th 1884. It was still cold. I was home all day. Mother and Charlie were in town in the afternoon. Mr Harris came here to board today. Father came at ten tonight.
