6 How to make a pretty sort of biskits to bake in pans take the same blatter that your savoy biskotts is made of & put in some coriander seeds then put them into little pans that must be long & when you set them in doe them over the tops with water & double refin'd sugar [edging?] must be very thick & so bake them. To make biskott drops take [10?] eggs & breake them into your bowl & wisk them very thick then have ready 3 pound of powder sugar put thro your wier seive & wisk it in then put in 3 pound of flower & mix it in & put in some caraway seeds & when you have mixt them altogether then drop them upon your wafer paper that must be laid on wiers make them not too big, before you put them into the oven you must dust them with sugar. To make Comfits Take the same of your biskott drops & have ready some little tins & fill them & dust them with sugar then strew them over with color'd Comfits there must be no Caraway seeds in them.
