Mrs. [?]omleson To Make A Carritt puding Take half apound of Carrits boyled very tender beate them very well then take half apound of butter beat your butter and Carrots very well together itt will take very nigh half a Loafe grated 6 eggs a gill of Cream one nuttmige soe Sweten itt to your tast sake & sugar for safice. Make a quaking puden Take 8 eggs beat them & put 6 spoonfulls of fine flower to them & put in some suger & salt & nutmeg beat very well then put in a quart of milk and mix all well together butter your Cloth and tie it close a hour will boyl it.
